The unique CB telephone with elaborate design was created for Charles (Károly) IV, crowned King of Hungary on December 30, 1916. In the middle of the cast copper case is the Hungarian Holy Crown in relief, beneath it the initials of King Charles (Károly) IV and the date 1918. The lower part of the case is ornamented with a horizontal stripe which is broken by a double cross. In the upper part of the set a fork of fine workmanship supports the handset.
